Established in 1996 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Nalcom Technology now operates five offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Nanjing and Taiwan with warehouses in Nanjing, and Shenzhen. These facilities handle International and Domestic Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service and Financial Control. Product engineering and production is housed in two modernize factory complex located in Nanjing, about 380Km east of Shanghai and Shenzhen, China, about 190 Km north of Hong Kong.

 

Nalcom Technology offer a wide range of Active Network Devices and TFT LCD Monitors. Products ranged from high-end Web-Managed Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet Switches to cost-effective Network Adapters, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet Mini and Rack-mount Switches to Media Converters to SOHO/Enterprise Broadband Routers to 300 Mbps Wireless LAN devices to 15 inch, 17 inch and 19 inch LCD Monitors. These products are offered under the brand name PRIME and OEM/ODM branding.

Nalcom two manufacturing facilities are located in Nanjing, China and BaoAn District, Shenzhen City, China. The Nanjing facility has a total floor space of 3,900 square meters. The factory has 6 Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines. Three through-hole or DIP (Manual Insertion) lines and two final assembly lines and an automated storage system. Presently, this factory is producing LCD Monitors and TVs and Networking Devices for OEM customers.

 

The Shenzhen facility has a total floor space of 2,000 square meters with two SMT lines and two through-hole lines, two final assembly lines and extra spaces for future expansion. The proximity to Hong Kong from Shenzhen has incited us to move our headquarters from Taiwan to Hong Kong whereby we have also established a logistic warehouse in the Hong Kong office. The Shenzhen facility is now producing only Networking devices with two full shifts per day. Most of the PRIME brand devices are now being made in this factory.
